Finish is what gives the floor the magic touch. 

If the finish is applied incorrectly, or if the wrong type is used, the entire effect of a floor can be altered. This is why our professionals know exactly what to use and how to use it.

Our most popular finishes are polyurethane-based, but we can also use epoxy and water-based products. It all depends on the effect that you desire to create and the type of floor you have.

Residential Floors

Commercial Floors
  • Oil-based.  Degree of Shine by gloss type
    • Gloss -- High shine
    • Semi-gloss -- Medium shine
    • Satin -- Low luster
  • Water-based products. 
    • Two-part -- Medium shine
    • Single -- High-gloss

Commercial Floors, most commonly of which are gymnasiums and sports floors usually take an extremely glossy and durable finish. We use oil or water-based finish depending on your needs.
